Hi,

I have been playing on your Dumber [11] server the last few days and just tryed to join and am now banned. According to your ban list it's from Wall hacking...

I can assure I was not wall hacking, and would like to know why I was suspected of it

In order to make this easier for everyone, would you please read the post "PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE POSTING A DISPUTE!". One of things you did not post, for example, was a link to your ban or just your steamID.

All admins are required to record evidence prior to placing a ban, thus we need to figure out who banned you to retrieve evidence.

I just find it very odd. I mean I've been called a wall hacker many times while playing, I'm sure we all have. I haven't once been in this server though. Then all of a sudden I'm banned..

As Ferhat pointed out, all you need to know is stated on the scanner page. If you do not wish to run it - you can of course decline. Taking the scan is however not optional if you wish to have any chance of being unbanned. Failure to comply with a scan request will lead to a ban in itself, regardless of whether the demo for this case is conclusive or not. So, it's up to you.

Please run the scan immediately (and let it run until it says it is completed), otherwise I will be forced to close this case.
